Golden, buttery pancake strands served with fresh raspberries, a dusting of powdered sugar, and maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.25 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
- Combine the milk, egg, and melted butter in a separate bowl, then whisk into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into a squeeze bottle or a piping bag with a small tip.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pipe the batter into the hot pan in long, thin strands, swirling them to mimic spaghetti.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form and the bottom is golden, then flip and cook for 30 seconds more.
- Transfer to a plate, top with fresh raspberries, dust with powdered sugar, and drizzle with maple syrup.
