Serves: 12Prep: 20 minCook: 15 min
Ingredients
- 12 pretzel sticks (for trees)
- 48 mini pretzels (for wreaths)
- 300g (10 oz) white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup red and green sprinkles
- 12 star-shaped candies
- 24 red gem candies
- 1/4 tsp green gel food coloring
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl using a microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- For the trees: Pipe the melted white chocolate in a zig-zag pattern over the pretzel sticks on parchment paper, starting narrow at the top and widening toward the base.
- Decorate the trees immediately with sprinkles and top each with a star candy while the chocolate is wet.
- For the wreaths: Stir green food coloring into the remaining melted white chocolate until evenly tinted.
- Dip each mini pretzel into the green chocolate to coat, then arrange 6-8 pretzels in a circle on parchment paper, overlapping the edges to form a wreath shape.
- Add red gem candies to the wreaths as 'berries' and sprinkle with sugar crystals before the chocolate sets.
- Allow all treats to harden at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before gently peeling them from the parchment.
