Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1.25 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the milk, egg, and melted butter in a separate bowl, then whisk into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  3. Transfer the batter into a squeeze bottle or a piping bag with a small tip.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  5. Pipe the batter into the hot pan in long, thin strands, swirling them to mimic spaghetti.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form and the bottom is golden, then flip and cook for 30 seconds more.
  7. Transfer to a plate, top with fresh raspberries, dust with powdered sugar, and drizzle with maple syrup.
