Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a large rimmed baking sheet thoroughly.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix in the milk, eggs, and melted butter until just combined, being careful not to overmix the batter.
- Pour the pancake batter onto the prepared sheet pan and spread it into an even layer.
