Serves: 4Prep: 15 minsCook: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce (hot sauce)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a wet batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, then dredge it in the panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the breaded cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  6. While the cauliflower bakes, combine the buffalo wing sauce and melted butter in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
  7. Once baked, toss the hot cauliflower florets gently in the buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or blue cheese, and enjoy!
