Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce (hot sauce)
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a wet batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, then dredge it in the panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the breaded cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
- While the cauliflower bakes, combine the buffalo wing sauce and melted butter in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Once baked, toss the hot cauliflower florets gently in the buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or blue cheese, and enjoy!
