The most successful fluffy pancakes with this simple and quick recipe.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 3.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1.25 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until ready to serve.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth and just combined; do not overmix.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake until ready to serve.
- Cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
