Butter Chicken Mac N Cheese by Lochan Nowacki
Tender chicken pieces folded into a creamy, spiced butter chicken sauce and cheesy macaroni pasta.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 350g (12 oz) macaroni pasta
- 2 cup butter chicken sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the macaroni according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Pour the butter chicken sauce and heavy cream into the skillet with the chicken, stirring to combine, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the cooked macaroni and add it directly into the skillet with the sauce over medium heat until heated through, about 5 min.
- Fold in 1.5 cups of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend, stirring until melted and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with the remaining cheese, and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden and bubbling.
