Creamy Raffaello Coconut Almond Porridge by Lherboristecuisinevege
Creamy coconut and almond-infused oats inspired by the classic confection, served warm and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 60g (2 oz) rolled oats
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 250ml (1 cup) almond milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine the oats, shredded coconut, almond milk, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and the oats are soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in the almond butter and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve warm, adding maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired until ready to serve.
