Baked Orange Chicken and Broccoli by Lemons And Zest
Tender chicken and crisp broccoli florets tossed in a zesty orange-honey glaze and oven-roasted.

Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken tenderloins
- 6 cup broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the honey, orange zest, orange juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, and salt in a small bowl to create the marinade
- Place the chicken tenderloins in a bowl or bag, pour half of the marinade over them, and toss to coat; let sit for 10-15 minutes if time permits.
- Toss the broccoli florets on the sheet pan with the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper
- Arrange the marinated chicken on the sheet pan alongside the broccoli in a single layer.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes at 400°F, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender with slightly charred edges.
- Drizzle the remaining marinade over the finished dish before serving.
