- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 225g (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 15-20 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch circle until it reaches your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper or a pizza peel dusted with flour.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
- Slide the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
