Ingredients

  • 8 slices white or whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup fruit jelly or jam

Instructions

  1. Lay out 4 slices of bread on a clean work surface.
  2. Spread an even layer of peanut butter on each slice, covering the surface but leaving a small border near the edges.
  3. Spread an even layer of jelly on the remaining 4 slices of bread.
  4. Press the peanut butter and jelly sides together to form sandwiches.
  5. Use a large cookie cutter or a sandwich sealer to press down firmly onto the center of each sandwich, cutting away the crusts and sealing the edges.
  6. Place the finished sandwiches in a freezer-safe bag or container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
