Classic grilled chicken atop crisp romaine lettuce, tossed with savory parmesan, crunchy croutons, and creamy dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
- 1/3 cup caesar salad dressing
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts evenly on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- Place the chopped romaine lettuce into a large bowl.
- Add the caesar dressing and toss until the leaves are lightly coated.
- Top the salad with the sliced chicken, croutons, and shaved parmesan cheese.
