Deconstructed sushi bowl featuring seasoned rice, sweet crab meat, crisp cucumber, and creamy avocado slices.

Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked sushi rice
- 200g (7 oz) imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1 medium cucumber, julienned
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 2 sheets nori seaweed, cut into thin strips
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp spicy mayo
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package directions and let it cool slightly for 5-10 minutes.
- Divide the warm rice between two serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with an even portion of shredded imitation crab, julienned cucumber, and sliced avocado.
- Garnish with thin strips of nori and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with spicy mayo and serve with a side of soy sauce.
