Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake by Lauren Sephton Bright Moment Co
Buttery croissants soaked in a savory egg custard with ham, provolone, and mozzarella, finished with herby honey butter.

Ingredients
- 6 large croissants, sliced in half
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp herbes de provence
- 8 oz deli ham, sliced
- 4 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp herbes de provence (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, and 1 tsp herbes de provence in a shallow bowl
- Dip each croissant half into the egg mixture until soaked, then arrange them in the prepared casserole dish.
- Tuck slices of ham, provolone, and mozzarella into the gaps between the croissant pieces.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Whisk melted butter, honey, and 1/2 tsp herbes de provence together and brush the glaze over the top of the bake before serving.
