Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 2 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 0.25 cup red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; drain well and let it steam dry for 3 minutes.
- Toss the dry pasta with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, chilli flakes, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Air fry at 190°C for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley until smooth.
- Combine chopped cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and red onion in a large serving bowl.
- Add the crispy pasta to the salad bowl, pour over the dressing, and toss everything together to coat.
