Quick and easy Indian yogurt condiment with aromatic spices and tempered flavors.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup hing (asafoetida)
- 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Instructions
- Melt 2 tbsp ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add a pinch of hing and 1 tsp jeera, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
