Creamy Crab and Spinach Dip by Kingcooksofficial
Rich, indulgent crab and spinach dip blended with cream cheese and finished with melted parmesan.

Ingredients
- 225g (8 oz) lump crab meat, picked over for shells
- 285g (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 225g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the squeezed dry spinach and half of the parmesan cheese until evenly incorporated.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps too much over medium heat until heated through, about 5 min.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and spread into an even layer until ready to serve.
- Top with the remaining parmesan cheese until ready to serve.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the cheese on top is golden brown.
