Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich With Garlic Fries by Keyanskitchen
Crispy fried chicken breast drizzled with spicy hot honey on a toasted bun with garlic fries.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
- 1 lb frozen french fries
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 brioche buns
- 2 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Prepare the fries according to package instructions in an oven or air fryer until golden and crisp.
- Whisk together honey and chili flakes in a small bowl; set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat again in flour for a thick crust.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Melt butter in a small pan, add minced garlic, and toss the cooked fries in the garlic butter mixture.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing the fried chicken on buns and drizzling generously with the hot honey.
