Garlic Butter Steak Pasta by Keyanskitchen
Seared tender steak strips tossed with al dente pasta in a rich, aromatic garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients
- 340g (12 oz) sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
- 200g (7 oz) pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pasta water (reserved from cooking)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Season steak strips with salt and pepper while the water comes to a boil.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat and sear steak strips for 2-3 minutes per side until browned, then remove from pan.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the same skillet, and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked pasta and 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
- Return the steak to the pan, toss everything together for 1 minute to combine, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
