Savory ground beef sautéed with crisp coleslaw mix, finished with a tangy soy-sesame glaze.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) ground beef
- 450g (1 lb) tri-color coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef.
- Cook the beef for 6-8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and fully cooked through.
- Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is wilted but still slightly crunchy.
- Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, tossing everything together for 1-2 minutes until well coated and fragrant.
- Remove from heat and serve warm until ready to serve.
