Ingredients

  • 450g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 450g (1 lb) tri-color coleslaw mix
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef.
  2. Cook the beef for 6-8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and fully cooked through.
  3. Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is wilted but still slightly crunchy.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, tossing everything together for 1-2 minutes until well coated and fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat and serve warm until ready to serve.
