Onion Cheese Omelette by Kartikkwadhwa
Simple and easy omelette featuring eggs, savory onion, and melted cheese, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the finely chopped onion and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir gently until ready to serve.
- Heat the butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted and shimmering.
- Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet, tilting the pan to spread evenly until ready to serve.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the edges are set and the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully fold the omelette in half using a spatula over medium heat until heated through, about 5 min.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately until ready to serve.
