Warm Kiwi Crumble by Justtellycooking

Ingredients
- 6 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup melted butter, plus 1 tbsp for the baking dish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 370°F and lightly butter an 8-inch baking dish, about 1 minute.
- Toss the sliced kiwi with lime juice, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, cornstarch, and water until evenly coated, about 1 minute.
- Stir the flour, sugar, and melted butter together until small crumbs form, about 2 minutes.
- Spread the kiwi mixture in the prepared baking dish and dot with the remaining melted butter.
- Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the fruit so the top is fully covered, about 1 minute.
- Bake for 45 minutes, until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm with ice cream if desired.
