Creamy Gorgonzola Radiatori with Walnuts and Honey by Justbenjicooking
Radiatori pasta tossed in a creamy gorgonzola sauce topped with crunchy walnuts and a honey drizzle.

Ingredients
- 250 g radiatori pasta
- 100 g gorgonzola cheese
- 120 ml heavy cream
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 0.25 cup pasta water
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the radiatori according to package directions until al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, add the heavy cream and gorgonzola to a wide skillet over medium-low heat.
- Stir continuously until the cheese has melted completely and the sauce is smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the gorgonzola sauce, adding a splash of the reserved pasta water to help the sauce emulsify and coat the pasta.
- Toss for 1-2 minutes until the sauce clings to the ridges of the radiatori.
- Transfer to bowls and top with chopped walnuts, fresh chives, and a generous drizzle of honey before serving.
