Ingredients
- 12 fresh oysters, shucked
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 2 tbsp mezcal
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp hot sauce (e.g., tabasco)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
Instructions
- Whisk together tomato juice, mezcal, horseradish, hot sauce, lemon juice, and celery salt in a small bowl until well combined.
- Place the shucked oysters on a bed of crushed ice to keep them stable and cold.
- Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of the Bloody Mary mixture over each shucked oyster.
- Serve immediately while the oysters are chilled.
