Al dente pasta tossed in a rich, velvety sauce of melted cream cheese, mustard, and parmesan.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mustard cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- While pasta cooks, place a large pan over medium heat and add heavy cream and cream cheese.
- Whisk the cream and cream cheese together until smooth and slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, mustard cheese, and parmesan cheese until the sauce is melted and uniform.
- Drain the pasta and toss it directly into the sauce, coating evenly
- If using, steam or microwave the frozen peas separately and serve on the side or mixed in.
