Al dente pasta tossed in a rich, velvety sauce of melted cream cheese, mustard, and parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup mustard cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  2. While pasta cooks, place a large pan over medium heat and add heavy cream and cream cheese.
  3. Whisk the cream and cream cheese together until smooth and slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, mustard cheese, and parmesan cheese until the sauce is melted and uniform.
  5. Drain the pasta and toss it directly into the sauce, coating evenly
  6. If using, steam or microwave the frozen peas separately and serve on the side or mixed in.
