Ingredients

• 0.5 cup butter
• 1.5 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
• 0.75 cup cocoa powder
• 0.5 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
4. Stir in the flour and cocoa powder until a dough forms; add a tablespoon or two of extra flour if the mixture is too sticky.
5. Fold in the white chocolate chips
6. Scoop dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but centers remain soft.
