Extra Cheesy Muenster Quesadilla by Joannamiss2

Flour tortillas filled with melted muenster cheese, toasted until golden brown and served in warm wedges.

Ingredients
- 3 large flour tortillas
- 6 oz muenster cheese, shredded or sliced
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
Instructions
- Place a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with butter or oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and distribute the muenster cheese evenly over one half.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cover the skillet with a lid to trap heat, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden.
- Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and gooey.
- Remove from the pan, slice into wedges, and serve immediately while hot.
