  • 2.5 cup white rice
  • 13.5 oz canned coconut milk
  • 3.5 cup water
  • 1.5 tsp chicken bouillon powder

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a medium pot, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, and chicken bouillon.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting, cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid, and simmer for 15-18 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
