Ingredients
- 2.5 cup white rice
- 13.5 oz canned coconut milk
- 3.5 cup water
- 1.5 tsp chicken bouillon powder
Instructions
- Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium pot, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, and chicken bouillon.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to the lowest setting, cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid, and simmer for 15-18 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
- Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
