Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 medium ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh dill leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
Instructions
- Place the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, avocado, parsley, dill, tarragon, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a food processor.
- Pulse or process the mixture for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth and vibrant green.
- Place the shredded rotisserie chicken in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the green goddess dressing over the chicken and fold together with a spatula until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
