Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 medium ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

Instructions

  1. Place the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, avocado, parsley, dill, tarragon, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a food processor.
  2. Pulse or process the mixture for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth and vibrant green.
  3. Place the shredded rotisserie chicken in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the green goddess dressing over the chicken and fold together with a spatula until evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
