Spicy Chili Crisp Tofu Noodles made with silken tofu, instant noodles and green onion.

Ingredients
- 150g silken tofu
- 1 package instant noodles (like itsu noodle pot)
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp neutral oil
- 2 tbsp itsu crispy chili oil
Instructions
- Prepare the instant noodles according to package directions, typically by adding hot water and letting them sit for 5 minutes.
- While the noodles cook, gently slice the silken tofu. If desired, microwave the tofu for 1-2 minutes until warm, or leave it chilled.
- Finely slice the green onion and red chili.
- Heat the neutral oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the sliced green onion and red chili, frying for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the Itsu Crispy Chili Oil to the pan with the aromatics, heating briefly for about 30 seconds to infuse the flavors.
- Spoon the hot chili crisp mixture over the prepared tofu. Serve immediately with the cooked instant noodles.
