Speedy 10-Minute Laksa with King Prawn Gyoza made with itsu king prawn gyoza, laksa paste and full-fat coconut milk.

Ingredients
- 1 pack (approx. 10-12 pieces) itsu king prawn gyoza
- 2 tbsp laksa paste
- 1 can (400ml / 13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup (240ml) vegetable broth or water
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 lime, for serving
- 1 fresh red chili, sliced (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp sugar (optional, to balance flavors)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the laksa paste, coconut milk, and vegetable broth or water. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Carefully add the king prawn gyoza to the simmering broth. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the gyoza are heated through and tender.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Season the laksa with salt and sugar to taste.
- Ladle the laksa into bowls. Garnish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and sliced red chili, if desired, before serving immediately.
