Charred Miso-Butter Cabbage by Itsuofficial

Ingredients
- 1 hispi cabbage
- 3 tbsp butter, room temperature
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 large clove garlic
- 2 tbsp labneh or thick greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp crispy chili oil
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Quarter the cabbage lengthwise.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat and sear the cabbage quarters until a deep brown crust develops on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, miso paste, and grated garlic; whisk until smooth.
- Brush the miso butter mixture generously over the cabbage segments, ensuring it gets into the layers.
- Place cabbage face down on a baking sheet and roast at 180C (350F) for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender.
- Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end to deepen the char.
- Serve immediately with a dollop of labneh, a drizzle of chili oil, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
