Crock Pot Swamp Potatoes by Itsthatrecipeguy
Tender baby potatoes and smoky sausage slow-cooked in a savory, buttery onion and Cajun herb sauce.

Ingredients
- 900g (2 lb) baby yukon gold potatoes, halved
- 450g (1 lb) smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 450g (1 lb) fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 packet (approx. 30g) onion soup mix
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, sliced into pats
- 1 tbsp montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Place the halved baby Yukon Gold potatoes into the slow cooker.
- Add minced garlic, Montreal steak seasoning, dried oregano, and Cajun seasoning to the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
- Layer the sliced smoked sausage and trimmed green beans over the seasoned potatoes.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the top of the ingredients.
- Distribute the pats of butter across the top of the mixture.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours until the potatoes are fork-tender.
