Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip by Itsthatrecipeguy
Creamy, spicy shredded chicken dip with melted cheddar and tangy blue cheese, perfect for game day.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless skinless
- 1 cup buffalo-style hot sauce
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts into the base of the slow cooker.
- Whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, black pepper, and onion powder in a bowl until smooth, then pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on high for 2.5 to 3.5 hours or on low for 4 to 5 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it using two forks, and return the meat to the slow cooker.
- Add the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and blue cheese dressing to the pot, stirring until well combined.
- Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and the dip is creamy.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and blue cheese crumbles before serving warm.
