Golden focaccia bread featuring a soft, airy interior finished with a generous dusting of flaky sea salt.

Ingredients
- 4 cup bread flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 cup warm water
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Whisk bread flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast together in a large mixing bowl
- Add 1 cup of warm water and stir; add the remaining 1 cup of water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough, stir briefly to coat, cover with a lid or towel, and rest for 1 hour.
- Perform 4-6 stretch and folds by pulling the edges of the dough toward the center; cover and rest for 1 hour.
- Perform a second round of stretch and folds, then transfer dough to a greased 9x13 baking dish; cover and rest for 2-2.5 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Drizzle top with olive oil, use fingers to press dimples into the dough, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
