- 6 oz prosciutto
- 8 oz parmesan cheese block
- 12 oz bow tie pasta
- 1 bag caesar salad kit (including dressing, croutons, and seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Tear prosciutto into small pieces, spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy; watch closely to prevent burning.
- Cut the Parmesan cheese block into small cubes, removing the rind.
- Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions, drain, and let it cool completely to room temperature over medium heat until well combined, about 8 min.
- In a large bowl, combine the Caesar salad greens, cooled pasta, cubed Parmesan, and crispy prosciutto.
- Add the seasoning packet and extra shaved Parmesan from the kit.
- Add the dressing and crushed croutons just before serving to maintain texture.
- Toss everything together until well combined and serve immediately.
