- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, milk, and chocolate pudding mix in a jar, stir well, and let sit for 10 minutes to begin thickening.
- Place thawed blueberries and sugar in a small bowl, then smash with a spoon until the mixture becomes syrupy.
- Give the chia pudding another thorough stir to ensure no clumps remain.
- Add a few spoonfuls of the smashed blueberry mixture into the jar with the chia pudding.
- Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, before serving.
