Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, milk, and chocolate pudding mix in a jar, stir well, and let sit for 10 minutes to begin thickening.
  2. Place thawed blueberries and sugar in a small bowl, then smash with a spoon until the mixture becomes syrupy.
  3. Give the chia pudding another thorough stir to ensure no clumps remain.
  4. Add a few spoonfuls of the smashed blueberry mixture into the jar with the chia pudding.
  5. Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, before serving.
