Layered Brie Cheesecake Board by Itsbrittwilliams
Creamy triple-cream brie wheels stacked with honey, toasted nuts, and vibrant seasonal fresh fruit.

Ingredients
- 3 brie wheels (triple-cream, 8 oz each)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries)
- 1 fresh fig, sliced (optional)
- 1 box savory crackers or crostini
Instructions
- Place the first wheel of brie on a serving platter or board until ready to serve.
- Drizzle a small amount of honey over the surface and sprinkle with a portion of the toasted nuts until ready to serve.
- Stack the second brie wheel directly on top of the first and repeat the honey and nut layering process until ready to serve.
- Place the final brie wheel on top and finish with a generous drizzle of honey, remaining nuts, and fresh fruit until ready to serve.
- Arrange crackers or crostini around the base of the brie stack for serving until ready to serve.
