Centimeter-Style Schnitzel And Wings Platter by Itsalanbarr

Crispy pork schnitzel and glazed chicken wings served with hearty chili and golden french fries.

Ingredients
- 4 pork cutlets, pounded thin (for schnitzel)
- 12 chicken wings
- 500g (1 lb) ground beef (for chili)
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) frozen french fries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, diced (for chili)
- 400g (14 oz) canned kidney beans (for chili)
- 400g (14 oz) crushed tomatoes (for chili)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 L vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Prepare the chili by sautéing onions in a pot until translucent, adding ground beef until browned, then stirring in tomatoes, beans, and chili powder; simmer on low for 30 minutes.
- Dredge pork cutlets in flour, dip in beaten eggs, coat thoroughly in breadcrumbs, and fry in 180°C (350°F) oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Bake or fry chicken wings at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes until the skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
- Fry frozen french fries in 180°C (350°F) oil for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Assemble the platter by piling the fries at the base, topping with the schnitzel and wings, and serving the chili in a side bowl or poured over components as desired until ready to serve.
