Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini pasta (gluten-free recommended)
- 1 cup chopped roma tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 4 oz diced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup mccormick salad supreme seasoning
- 1 cup zesty italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in salted, boiling water until al dente. Do not overcook.
- Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water until cool. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Add chopped cucumber, tomatoes, diced pepperoni, and sliced black olives to the bowl.
- Sprinkle the McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning over the ingredients.
- Drizzle with Zesty Italian dressing and stir everything to combine.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
