Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta (gluten-free recommended)
  • 1 cup chopped roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 4 oz diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup mccormick salad supreme seasoning
  • 1 cup zesty italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in salted, boiling water until al dente. Do not overcook.
  2. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water until cool. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add chopped cucumber, tomatoes, diced pepperoni, and sliced black olives to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning over the ingredients.
  5. Drizzle with Zesty Italian dressing and stir everything to combine.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
