Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unflavored whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine flour, protein powder, Greek yogurt, water, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the ingredients together using a spoon or your hands until a soft, play-dough-like consistency forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll them into 1.5-inch balls.
- Flatten each ball into a thin circular tortilla using a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear and the desired texture is reached.
