Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding by Iizzyeats

Protein-rich chia seed pudding featuring notes of chocolate and peanut butter, chilled until set.

Ingredients

  • 240 ml (1 cup) milk (animal or plant-based)
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh fruit (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine the milk, chia seeds, protein powder, peanut butter powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mason jar or airtight container.
  2. Seal the container tightly and shake vigorously for 2 minutes until the protein powder is fully incorporated and no clumps remain.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4-5 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the chia seeds to hydrate and thicken.
  4. Stir once before serving and top with fresh fruit of your choice.
