Baked Coconut Curry Dumplings by Iizzyeats

Tender dumplings baked in a fragrant red curry coconut sauce, finished with spicy chili crisp.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (approx 24 count) frozen dumplings (chicken, pork, or beef)
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp thai red curry paste
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp spicy chili crisp
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Whisk together the coconut milk, Thai red curry paste, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, and black pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the coconut curry mixture over the dumplings and drizzle with soy sauce.
  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes until the dumplings are tender and heated through.
  6. Remove from the oven, top with spicy chili crisp, sliced green onions, and additional sesame seeds before serving.
