Ingredients

  • 2 portions noodles
  • 1/4 neutral oil
  • 3 chili flakes
  • 2 soy sauce
  • 1 black vinegar
  • 1 sugar
  • 4 garlic
  • 1/2 ginger
  • 4 green onion
  • 1 cup (adjust to taste) sesame seeds
  • 1/2 ground pork
  • 1/4 salt

Instructions

  1. Chop garlic, grate ginger, and dice and separate green onions (set white/light green parts aside for cooking, green tops for garnish).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, black vinegar, and sugar for the sauce
  3. Heat neutral oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, and the reserved white/light green parts of the green onions to the hot oil.

  7. Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the pork and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
  8. Add the noodles to the pan and toss well to coat with the sauce and pork mixture.
  9. Cook for another minute until noodles are heated through and well-coated.
  10. Serve immediately, garnished with the reserved green onion tops and sesame seeds.
