Quick and easy chili garlic noodles with ground pork, perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 portions noodles
- 1/4 neutral oil
- 3 chili flakes
- 2 soy sauce
- 1 black vinegar
- 1 sugar
- 4 garlic
- 1/2 ginger
- 4 green onion
- 1 cup (adjust to taste) sesame seeds
- 1/2 ground pork
- 1/4 salt
Instructions
- Chop garlic, grate ginger, and dice and separate green onions (set white/light green parts aside for cooking, green tops for garnish).
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, black vinegar, and sugar for the sauce
- Heat neutral oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and the reserved white/light green parts of the green onions to the hot oil.
- Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add ground pork and salt to the pan. Cook, breaking up the pork, until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the pork and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the noodles to the pan and toss well to coat with the sauce and pork mixture.
- Cook for another minute until noodles are heated through and well-coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with the reserved green onion tops and sesame seeds.
