Seasoned ground beef served over shredded lettuce with pickles, melted cheese, and a signature tangy sauce.

Ingredients
- 900g (2 lb) ground beef
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely diced
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 4 slices american cheese
- 1/2 small white onion, finely diced
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and diced pickles in a small bowl to create the burger sauce; set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet, then stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
- Reduce heat to low and place the American cheese slices over the beef, covering the pan for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Divide the shredded lettuce into four meal prep containers
- Top the lettuce with the cheesy ground beef mixture and garnish with diced white onions and a drizzle of the prepared burger sauce
