Soft white bread sealed around creamy peanut butter and sweet fruit jelly for a portable snack.

Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup strawberry or grape jelly
Instructions
- Place 4 slices of bread on a clean work surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter evenly onto the center of each slice, keeping a 1/2-inch border clear around the edges.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of jelly on top of the peanut butter on each slice.
- Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top of the filling to create sandwiches.
- Use a large round cookie cutter or the rim of a glass to press down firmly through the center of the sandwich, sealing the edges together as you cut.
- Remove the crust remnants and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
