Soft and Fluffy Apple Marshmallow by Guytruong

Light and airy apple marshmallows whipped into a soft, voluminous treat with a hint of sugar.

Ingredients
- 600g apples, peeled and cut
- 100ml water
- 40g quick-soluble gelatin
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Place the apples and water in a medium pot over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until apples are soft.
- Blend the cooked apples until completely smooth.
- Stir in the gelatin until fully dissolved and well combined.
- Allow the apple mixture to cool down completely to room temperature.
- Whip the cooled mixture on high speed for approximately 20 minutes until it becomes pale, voluminous, and fluffy.
- Pour the mixture into a lined tray or mold.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until set.
- Cut into desired shapes and serve.
