XL Chili Crisp Noodles by Groovyfoodiess
Chewy knife-cut noodles tossed in a savory, aromatic chili oil sauce with a crisp finish.

Ingredients
- 250g (9 oz) knife cut noodles (dried or fresh)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili oil crunch
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1/2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions, typically 6-8 minutes until tender.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili oil crunch, black vinegar, and honey in a large mixing bowl over medium heat until heated through, about 5 min.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the balance of salt or sweetness as desired until ready to serve.
- Drain the cooked noodles thoroughly and add them directly into the mixing bowl with the sauce over medium heat until heated through, about 5 min.
- Toss the noodles vigorously until they are evenly coated in the chili crisp mixture and serve immediately.
