Juicy beef patty topped with succulent seared shrimp, melted cheese, and crisp vegetables on a bun.

Ingredients
- 340g (12 oz) ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 brioche burger buns
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- 4 slices tomato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Form the ground beef into 2 equal patties and season both sides with steak seasoning.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking, covering the pan to melt.
- Remove the patties from the pan and set aside to rest.
- Add butter to the same skillet and sauté the shrimp over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet for 1 minute until golden.
- Assemble the burgers by layering the lettuce, tomato, beef patty, and seared shrimp on the buns.
