Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 2 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake chicken wings on a lined tray for 25-30 minutes until skin is golden and crispy.
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook fettuccine according to package directions, about 8-10 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Sauté shrimp in a large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque; remove from pan and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, add minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Whisk in the parmesan cheese off the heat until melted and smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the sauce: toss half with the cooked pasta and shrimp, and use the remaining half to coat the crispy baked wings.
- Serve the shrimp pasta and wings side-by-side on a large platter.
