Shrimp Alfredo And Parmesan Alfredo Wings by Goodeats5200

Creamy garlic parmesan shrimp pasta served alongside crispy chicken wings tossed in a rich alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake chicken wings on a lined tray for 25-30 minutes until skin is golden and crispy.
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook fettuccine according to package directions, about 8-10 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté shrimp in a large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque; remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Melt butter in the same skillet, add minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in the parmesan cheese off the heat until melted and smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Divide the sauce: toss half with the cooked pasta and shrimp, and use the remaining half to coat the crispy baked wings.
  8. Serve the shrimp pasta and wings side-by-side on a large platter.
